For prompt action I give this company full marks. I had drain flies in my downstairs toilet. I contacted pest uk Lichfield. For aftercare I give them zero. I paid this company £180 for 15-20 mins for spraying my small toilet which opens into the kitchen. I phoned the company a few days later to say that the drain flies were still in my kitchen and I was told that for someone to come out it would cost me another £180. The manager apparently was on the phone when I called so I couldn’t speak to them. I am 80 and living on my own and the problem was really causing me a lot of concern. I just needed some support and help with getting rid of them. I have never come across such a cold response. Unless I paid again I was on my own. Does £180 for 15 mins with no after care seem extortionate to you. My son thought that they were getting out under the door, which he has taped up, and then noticed an air vent in the window from the toilet into my conservatory which had been left open. As we were looking at it two came out of it. We are hoping that these measures are going to help. Wouldn’t it have been nice if the company who I had paid had sent somebody out to check. I can’t tell you how this problem has affected me and also the cold response from this company. Please look around there are much friendlier companies out there. Joy
