Pest control visit seemed to go okay, as far as I could tell. The bizarre thing was that the pest control expert refused to clear up the rodent droppings, depsite two visits, two weeks apart. I am not sure why they belive that the customer would like to keep these (a souvenir of the "visitors"?!). Then when I questioned this, they tried to charge £100 + vat to clean up. We could get a whole flat cleaned for that price!Not cheap in the first place, and then taking the mickey trying to charge for a stadard part of the job, as far as I am concerned. Is there any other contractor who doesn't leave the site clean?
