The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable to explain the whole process to myself, was able to solve my problem and offered some great advice to prevent this happening in the future. Quick, effective and responsive.Had a doubt about using safe poison traps for my newborn daughter and it was taken care of from the WhatsApp chat: also they got rid of those pests so quickly I couldn’t believe it.. they are now my to go pest control guys.
I was advised that the first visit would take three hours. The Technician arrived one hour late. No protective equipment was used, he was wearing no gloves, just hoodie and jeans. He did not explain what he would do. He finished in less than 30 minutes what was booked in for insecticide spray and use of insecticide powder for up to 7 rooms. He then demanded instant payment for two treatments. He was very intimidating and stayed on site for an hour. In that time, he could have done a proper job. Since this visit, I have requested a report and breakdown of invoice so I know what has been done. Basic safety. All I have received is demands for instant payment with no confirmation of what has been done . The lack of commitment to provide the service that had been agreed is concerning with no intention to put it right.
Really disappointed with this service. For £228 I had one bait box placed outside and two small amounts of bait placed in the loft. I was supposed to have a follow up visit 2 weeks later which was cancelled and re booked. They failed to turn up and had to re arrange again. All they did on the second visit was to remove the bait box. A real waste of money and not professional. Would certainly not recommend
I used them once before for rats in the shed, first time service was ok but not perfect as I still had to get some one to clear the shed and there was still rats there - second time I used them were really unprofessional - rats ware in the ceiling of the annex, they put traps that did nothing - then the rats found there way inside the annex , I asked them to come again / they charged me extra for weekend visits - then they came couple of weeks later removed all their traps and did nothing, I ended up using high frequency ultrasonic machine which was less than £25 compared to nearly £500 they charged me. We called them again to ask them at least to close the entry point of the rats - and all they want to get us to have an annual contract with them. Not really impressed.
