Service second to none, absolutely professional service. My son had an amazing prom and his suit looked amazing. The suit was clean and well prepared I was truly in awe. Service was exceedingly on point and I will be using Peter Posh time and time again. The attention from staff was very polite, professional and so helpful. If you ever need a suit, this is the place. A little bit pricey, but it is worth every penny. I was never disappointed.
Peter posh in Cheltenham, we’re incredibly professional and catered to everyone on our needs for our wedding, the suits were perfect, beautiful and none the less nothing went wrong, everytime we called them they was helpful and nothing was ever a issue or too much for them. My sons used the Stourbridge branch for tuxedo hire. I would highly recommend them. The fitting service was really efficient and orders were brought in as planned. One of my sons didn’t go to the shop for a suit until the day he needed to get one and he was accommodated perfectly. Coleen dealt with our fittings and orders and she was extremely helpful and professional, even assisting me with a personal issue which arose. This was super helpful to me. The shop is very pleasant and stock well displayed. Shopping there was a very pleasant experience and it is fantastically convenient to park there. All round five stars.
Peter posh is fine if everything goes right but if it doesn't you as the customer are blamed for everything and they are faultless.We paid well over a grand for all our suits, and on the whole we were happy with the suits, we had a pair of cufflinks missing, annoying but not the end of the world. However one of the suits was ridiculously big the jacket swamped him and the trousers were far too long. When I rang up I was basically told it wasn't their fault it was ours. If he was asked if he was happy even if it was too big why would they take it further? BECAUSE YOU ARE THE FITTERS!!!! If I was fitting somebody and saw the suit was too big I'd look for a smaller size, or was it fine on the day and just the suit he got was too big because they don't tell you what they are measuring. So I've marked them down for the damn awful customer service. They don't take responsibility for anything and their suits are WAYYYYY over priced. We could have brought suits of the same quality for a much cheaper price. Avoid Minworth branch at all costs!!!!! I'm also still waiting for a reply to my complaint I sent weeks ago
Tettenhall branch. The team at the tettenhall branch have been superb for us from picking the suits for our wedding, to getting the groom party in a separate occasions for fittings. They all went out of their way to help via phone, email contact always very prompt.Special mention to Ella who was really helpful and friendly with us, would highly recommend them and will be using them again for sure :)
My fiancé and I went to the Cheltenham store on Sat 18 Jan 2025 and ordered 5 black bow ties, 1 white shirt, 1 black trousers, 2 black braces and 1 black cummerbund. We paid in full up front, and were told deliveries are approx. 7 days.We waited for a phone call or email, and hadn’t heard anything for 5 weeks, so I rang on Thurs 27 Feb 2025. They said everything was there except the trousers, and they’d call when they were in, so we could collect everything in one go.We still had no phone call, so on Saturday 5 April (6 weeks later), my fiancé went into store. He was told everything was there in the stock room (despite no phone call or update), so brought the order back home.When we checked, the 2 braces and 1 cummerbund were missing. My fiancé rang the store, who said we had been charged for them and they hadn’t realised they weren’t with the order (this seemed strange to us, to not check against the paperwork before handing the order over). My fiancé was told they would order these asap and send them to us.This was confusing as we were told everything was there but the trousers, then the trousers were there, and apparently some of the other parts of the order were now no longer there..We had no phone call again, so on Saturday 19 April, I went into the shop and they said the outstanding accessories weren’t there still and the latest on the paperwork was a post it note saying ‘order on Monday.’I spoke to two members of staff who couldn’t give any update or reason why it has taken 3+ months for our order. For standard black stock, which we were originally told approx. 7 days (and this was confirmed again on Saturday that they have a 7 day delivery timeframe), has now been 13 weeks.We are so disappointed and this has made the process of buying the grooms suit and groomsmen accessories very stressful, leaving us to constantly chase and wait, with no explanations.We could have walked into Moss Bros, Slaters etc and bought some of these items on the day or with a much quicker turn around, and in hindsight we should of cancelled the order earlier and gone elsewhere.Needless to say, we will be buying the grooms jacket and shoes from elsewhere, and not recommending the store to anyone who is looking for a suit, particularly with a date specific event
On hiring a black dinner jacket and trousers getting measured not shown the size written down and collecting the next day no checking when picking it up just shown the door thinking all would be ok night of the party putting the trousers on and finding the trousers 4 inches bigger than waist which on the night was unpleasant enough. And returned the clothing back next working day being told that was the size I ordered it wasn't me on the tape measure so £84 pound down the drain no refund given I could have a free one next time totally unacceptable staff dint want to do or talk about it so I will never tell anybody to go for a fitting there very poor customer service
