Ms Stephanie and the other person who helped me his name starts with anrika is how I believe it is spelled but they were both very helpful and very understanding and help me out with filling out an application for my brother's pet and knowing that I am computer illiterate they were very understanding and they helped out a lot thank you for helping me complete the process and now we have moved on to the next phase thank you
Just want to say when I initially started the profile there were a few back & forth's. I communicated with Jade & Stephanie a few times and was assisted promptly. I especially appreciate Stephanie's help because she is the (only) one that finally answered the question I asked several times & never received the answer. Thank you Stephanie
They take forever, they have made my wife's disability worst with all the hoops they have made her jump through. As someone that has been in the property management business for over 30 years including luxury and low income, these people are the worst I've dealt with.They brag about their denial rate and they only care for the property managers and not the tenants with the disabilities. It is a shame they don't have compassion for their fellow man, and they use the excuse we are just following HUD guidelines, as someone that has worked with section 8, section 811, and section 42 housing. I know the difficulties that people have trying to find affordable housing and these people brag about their denial rate. It is sad, when people only care about their bottom line and not about mother's and grandmother's with disabilities just trying to have a equal playing field.
Total scam. We do not have a pet. We completed all forms, oaths, promises and other garbage forms at a concord rents apartment.Now petscreening is saying we still have to do more.trying to just get more info to sell.This is a gimmick organization that is selling data.And there is no way to delete your account. They will share your information forever.
I've been trying to get approved for 2 years and they do everything they can to make me pay and they don't accept emotional support. I've sent several letters from the psychiatrist and every time something is missing, they get tired, I don't know what to do anymore, there's no service, I can't talk to a single person, it's terrible.Regrettable!!!
Waiting on this service is horrible. I have been living in a motel and I had to put my things into storage waiting on their approval. Paying additional money that you don’t have because you’re waiting on approval is ridiculous. I am writing to my city councilman in request to look into this matter and services to if this is necessary when you have documentation of shot records and prescriptions documents making your pet ESA. I shouldn’t have be homeless waiting on a pet approval who will recompense me for my experience.
