While my neighbor was having pipes installed on the road, the workers from the service team decided it was acceptable to dump concrete and rubble in our garden. When I called to voice my concerns, they failed to recognize any issue until I pointed out that I had no contract with them, which meant they were acting unlawfully. It seems they believe they can dispose of their waste on private property without consequence. If they hired true professionals, perhaps they would face fewer complaints. This is a disgraceful service that shows a complete lack of respect for others' property.

What a disappointment this service is! I had an appointment scheduled for weeks, took time off work, and received a call this morning that the engineer was sick and there was no replacement. They left an elderly woman with disabilities in a cold home over the holidays. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend them at all. I only gave one star because there is no option for zero, but if there were negative stars, they would earn the full five!
The team fitted our new heating and air source system with great care. They ensured we understood everything and were satisfied at every step. They were especially attentive to my ill mother, and their kindness and patience were greatly appreciated.
Absolutely appalling service. I had a service scheduled for today, but when I ran out of gas and quickly went to get some, the engineer arrived and refused to wait even two minutes. He told my daughter to book another appointment, claiming he had no time. Unbelievable!
This company is utterly shocking! We are on day five without heating. My elderly father is freezing. The heating was working except for one radiator, which they came to fix, and now none of them work. We are classified as a “priority” but have waited 24 hours for a call and were told they could come in six days. This company should not be operating. DO NOT USE!
I detected a gas smell upon entering my apartment. An engineer arrived within the hour. There was a gas leak in one of the apartments. The engineer was fantastic; he ensured everyone was safely evacuated and handled the situation with utmost professionalism and care. I'm incredibly thankful for his swift action.
