My name is Asanga Buwaneka Divulwewa, a resident of Dehiwala, Sri Lanka. I wish to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with one of your drivers, Mr. Nimal, who operates vehicle number YW 4692.
I am a person who has been confined to a wheelchair from infancy. On 12th March, I booked a PickMe ride in order to travel to several locations to attend to some personal errands. My first stop was Seylan Bank. During this time, the driver repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction and created unnecessary pressure by stating that he had another booking and urging me to hurry.
Afterwards, I proceeded to Commercial Bank, where the driver continued to demonstrate the same impatient and unprofessional behaviour. From the very beginning of the journey, he appeared frustrated and made several remarks that created a very uncomfortable situation for me as a customer.
As a company that plays a significant role in Sri Lanka’s transportation network, I believe PickMe has a responsibility to ensure that its drivers maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, the conduct displayed by this driver fell well below the level of service that passengers should reasonably expect. Incidents such as this not only inconvenience customers but can also negatively affect the reputation of the service.
I respectfully request that this matter be looked into and that appropriate action be taken to address the driver’s conduct in order to prevent similar experiences for other passengers in the future.
I trust that this concern will be treated with the seriousness it deserves and that the necessary steps will be taken to uphold the quality and reliability of your service.

Our Driver Ruwan Kumara picked us up from Kandy to Dumbula asked. And took money from us for petrol and didnt deduct from total, I trusted him a gave him a tip.After the trip and booking into accomodation I then realised his dishonesty. Shame really, he knew what he did. I wish Karma on him.
My account points are being deducted without reason. This is nothing but stealing customers’ money.When I call and complain, they always say they will call back within 24 hours, but they never do. I have called many times and get the same excuse every time.No solution, no follow-up, only repeated lies and continuous deductions. Very disappointing and untrustworthy service.
Poor customer service!Don’t use card payment! They scam you! Charges you way higher than the estimated and the customer service is useless! Do not sort out the issues. Their is no way for you to contact anyone apart from calling the head office number. Very poor app no chat service to help customers.Also, beware if using card as only the driver can end journey even though you reached your destination.
I paid a Tuk Tuk driver cash and realised afterwards he had cheated me on the price,I contacted the company and to be honest they said they investigated the situation by contacting the driver but took his word,Very dishonest driver, be careful if paying by cash which they prefer
