I have recently ordered food from pickMe for my father. That food was never received to him, but pickMe status from the driver was delivered.I have complained about this matter few times (both calls and text).But the pickMe agents just keep closing my incident ticket without trying to solve it. Once they have mentioned that they will arrange a refund, which never received.More than food, I want to highlight the terrible customer experience.I won't recommend pickMe for ordering food as there is no OTP system and no good customer service.Think twice before you place an order with this company for food.

Can i know why pick me account was blocked totally under 077****147 . Can why can't i add my payment card in to your payment option. I live in Finland and I am using puck me for quite long time. I have sick mom in Srilanka. I need book trips for her from here. Why this process is not smooth ? Always the driving canceling trips if the payment is not in cash. What service is this?
Ok for short journeys but got scammed going to the airport. I booked PickMe for my friend who was flying back. The driver arrived and when he realised the person who had booked wasn't in the car the price charged was much higher than the quoted price. I complained and they said I had chosen the wrong airport. Then they said that I hadn't selected the route with the tolls, even though my friend paid all the tolls herself.
It's the first and only time I've booked a trip with PickMe. Prices must be clearly defined! The trip was offered to me at 4334, at the destination I suddenly had to pay 5988 in addition to the 500 rupee toll. That's not possible, PickMe has no added value except for PickMe.
I booked mini van pick my daughter and her friend from a hotel in Kaluthara a day earlier. In the last minute they said no drivers available and cancelled the trip on their own which was really shocking. I couldn’t imagine a taxi company can do a thing like that putting us in a very difficult situation. I thought I will never go on pick me again on such an irresponsible people.
The pickme app works fine, you find a driver he finds you so far so good. I had a rather long ride that was estimated to 26.000 lkr but he ended up charging me 33.000 lkr.I complained to pickme but did not get any response.So do not use for long trips
I downloaded the Pick Me app and it continuesley froze when I tried to enter the payment information. After several attempts, my number was blocked. I called the customer service three times. Each occasion the response was that we will raise a ticket regarding this matter. But, never resolved the issue. Terrible customer service!!
Most of the cab drivers nowadays don't put AC during the ride and when we request to put, they start complaining, this specially happens when ladies go as passenger since they are helpless. These drivers become rude when asking after paying for the ride. It's terrible and please train your staff properly. This is bad for the company and the passenger are at risk.
we didnt get our ordered food and we werent informed about the cancellation until we called the hotline service because of the 1 1/2 hour delay.and they told that the driver has accepted the order but canceled last minute if your'e cancelling an order let us know beforehand!!!!
