I just completed my first photobook, and I must say, the experience was wonderful. It became increasingly easier as I learned to add, move, adjust, and customize templates, images, and other elements of my photobook. I created this one as a Christmas surprise for my mum after her long trip. It ended up being about 170 pages, but customer support was top-notch throughout the entire process, and honestly, I was able to do everything by myself. There’s also an option for automatic creation, which does a pretty good job too! So far, so good; I can't wait to receive it and see the final product. I will definitely be making more in the future. Highly recommended!
Creating the book was incredibly enjoyable; I tried several other 'photo book' options for this project, and I believe this service offered the best product: clean design, plenty of options, and user-friendly. I deducted 1 star because it promised a much faster delivery (a 1-week turnaround) than what was actually estimated after placing my order. On a positive note, the support team was very helpful in providing tracking information.
The support team was outstanding. We faced issues with a poor courier service, but a representative assisted me every step of the way. They consistently made up for the delivery problems, and I truly appreciate the ongoing support and empathy shown. It's rare to have access to a human for assistance these days, and sometimes it's essential and the best form of service. Thank you!
