Customer service was incredible. I had to email because I was charged shipping when I had received an email that there was a promotion going on for free shipping on everything on the site. Not only did a receive a response extremely quickly, they were incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first time purchasing from this company, but I will be definitely using them again just from this positive experience. I cannot wait to receive my photo book, as I’m sure it will be beautiful!
I love the entire concept of turning digital memories into creative and customisable albums! The entire editing process was really easy to understand and use. I ordered twice already, the first time the album turned amazing, the second time I encountered issues with the delivery service and my package did not arrive :( Luckily, the customer team was very responsive and prompt with their emails, so the issue was solved in less than 3 days. I will definitely order from them again and I recommend the company whole-hartedly.
I started a photo book a week ago, luckily only did a couple of pages as when I returned to my account yesterday the project had been lost despite me savign it. I then spent the whole of yesterday making a book, logged off and then back on a couple hours later and the book I had spent hours on (and regularly saving) was no longer in my account. I emailed 14 hours ago and had no reply, went onto their online chat which said they were offline. Today I have gone onto the online chat which says they are online and will 'reply in a few moments' and explained the situation to see if I can get my book back, 2 hours later I have still had no reply. I sent another message asking if I could have help and got a message saying their 'chat will be closed in 30 minutes'. So I wait the 30 minutes and the chat is now closed, I haven't been replied to and have no idea what is going on. They have a 'black Friday sale' countdown that keeps going down to 0 every 12 or so hours and once it goes to 0 it just resets again so the sale is for longer than they say but they're trying to rush you to buy. Really disappointed as the books themselves look lovely. Should've realised when the only reviews I've seen where from people with affiliate codes.
I've ordered from Pixory twice, and it continues to be my favorite photo printing service. Their templates are adorable and offer a wide variety of options. The editor is user-friendly on both mobile and desktop. Customer service is outstanding and quick. Shipping is rapid, and the print quality is excellent. They often share discount codes too. I love it!
I made two separate photo albums for both my brothers who got married in this same summer. I am planning on gifting both couples the albums and I am SO happy with how they turned out. The feel is luxurious, amazing quality, and the editing tool on the site is so easy to use and navigate. It really was true to print! Thank you so much for an amazing product.
There are so options to create your own photo book! From the layout of photos to cute little stickers, you can design it anyway you want. It was extremely easy to use and organize photos, there are helpful tips on layouts too. The books are gorgeous! The photos are very vibrant and nothing was grainy/pixelated. Great quality of hardcover and printing paper. I will 100% be ordering a book everything I have a vacation! So glad I found this company :)
