I bought a pair of shoes that I wore twice before one broke. The metal logo fell off, and now there's a broken piece of metal inside that bothers me when I walk. I tried to contact a representative using the number listed, but it was impossible. I also sent two emails without receiving a reply.

Extremely poor service

I had a very bad experience with the service. I ordered shoes during Black Friday sales, and after two weeks, I received an email stating my order was canceled due to customs issues, despite ordering from an area with no customs limitations.

Terrible quality, avoid at all costs

This was my first and last experience with this company. The quality of the £1100 denim jeans was dreadful, akin to £10 jeans from a discount retailer. I feel foolish for spending my money here. Customer service is nonexistent, quality is zero, and packaging is also poor. I would never recommend this brand. If you want to spend that much on jeans, trust any other brand but them.

Never shop this company again

Never shop this company again. I ordered a jacket they shipped it and got it delayed on top of it FedEx left it outside my house and someone stole it and they won’t do anything. I had to dispute to get my money back. Horrible service. Will never shop again
