Disappointing brand

Nothing wrong with the item i purchased. The issue was customer service, i ordered from phillipp plein official website and wanted to change to different size, which is apparently something they can’t do. The only choice i had is to send the item back and order a new one. While waiting for refund, after chaise them and wait for refund that took 3 weeks to arrive. 15£ for delivery that was never refunded, if i had ordered different size that would of been 30£ total paid for delivery just to change to different size.

Don’t buy them anything they are scammers they don’t refund my return they don’t answer my mail their dodge I will claim it on my bank terrible service I get it my first time
