I Ordered a 3k leather jacket for my girlfriend 2 months ago and the UPS customs is holding the jacket due for not paid taxes in the US by Philipp Plein. Customer Service keeps telling to wait. I checked Philipp Plein out online and he isn't a proper fashion designer! He used to make dog beds and now he has team people designing clothes for him. All he does is shows off his cars Instagram, not a single post of him doing fashion designs at work. What a scammer!

They have THE WORST costumer service for a luxury brand.Bought a dress, they sent it incomplete, wrote them, have a quick response, but they sent me a USED DHL label. Wrote them again, and have NO response in 4 days.

Customer service is a mess…

Customer service is a mess… I had a warranty complain and is not solved since two months…Latest they called me that I schuld give them the cvc code of my credit card 🙈I will never by anything from PP!My case is with my lawyer and I will report it to the police as well!

Avoid this company!! Scam

Avoid this company!!! I bought a gilet online, luckily using PayPal. It took nearly a month to arrive, after trying it on it was too big, so I returned it for a refund. That took another 2 weeks, because they hired their own broker and changed address of the return address. It didn't feel right to me so I kept ringing them for updates, they stopped answering my calls. I then turned to PayPal for a refund which took another 2 weeks to resolce. They didn't even reply to PayPal. Luckily I was granted my refund by PayPal today. So unless you want to lose your money and be scammed I would avoid busting anything from here.

I have ordered godzilla runner hexagon, heel section cracked , stitches came loose upon 1 month of wearing it. I was expecting better quality for a 900€ sneakers.

I absolutely love and prefer Plein BUT there are materials you should not buy from their store: sunglasses is one of them.I received a scratched pair of sunglasses and had video evidence of the scratches the very moment I received them. When reaching out to exchange them for a non-scratched-up pair, they asked for pictures/videos, and then they said that their “quality” department “rejected my claim”. Like what? Bro this is how I received your shipment. If I’m buying $600-$900 sun glasses, they better not have scratches! Anyways it has been TWO MONTHS and maybe I’ll get an exchange because I’m a loyal customer. Sucks for all of you non-loyal customers.Advice: do not buy with crypto. Buy with credit card so you can do a charge back and give them financial hell. That will put a fire under their ass so your issue doesn’t take 2+ months to resolve!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Following on my previous experience delayed delivery experience from online website of Phillip PLEIN (a £970 purchase!), after many emails, UPS delivered the item and left it at my doorstep, taking a photo as proof of delivery. I had to drive home from work from another town so the item would not be stolen. I contacted customer services for return, as the item was three weeks delayed, the website stated returns cannot be processed. Again after several emails to them returns label was sent. I followed their instructions which were very poor placed 3 invoices in clear plastic UPS plastic sleeve, put the returns label and posted it off. Now having received at the Poland ups warehouse they are not providing information for clearance for it to be delivered. I’ve sent several emails and not getting any response. UPS have given a deadline of 22nd February for receiver to provide documents. If this doesn’t get processed by Philip PHILIPP PLEIN customers services this item will be returned or destroyed. This purchase has caused me extreme stress and distress and my money is stuck with this unscrupulous seller.If you want to have similar experience as me, then please go ahead and buy otherwise take heed from this feedback and do not at any cost buy from this seller. Also like other customers I have received constant SMS messages about sale items every week which get reduced because nobody is buying their crappy stuff. Will keep you updated if I ever get my grand back!

Ordered a pair of supersonic sneakers

Ordered a pair of supersonic sneakers, they used fed ex as a delivery service who lost my delivery (translation it was stolen)This took place 23rd January, I sent over 5 emails pleading with Phillip plein to issue me a new pair instead of refunding the money. They first responded 2 days ago saying they will give me an update and then today sent my money over.The two pairs of trainers that I wanted in that time went on full sale and sold out in all sizes. Absolute disgusting disgrace of a service
