Infrastructure focus went Down | ITIL content removed

Trainsignal time was good, their primary focus was in infrastructure side, they used to provide high quality content and advance level courses which really covers advance level topics. No NetApp, Hitachi, EMC (latest) storage content, also the backup After Pluralsight, importance to the infrastructure side went down. Removing ITIL contents from Pluralsight really made me to thing that courses are not permanent in pluralsight and it will go away anytime.

Outstanding way of getting started with new technology. I travel weekly so the offline viewer makes Pluralsight so much better than streaming-only options. I’m so committed to Pluralsight that I make sure everyone in my organization has a license.

They are a horrible company to deal with laughable service. They could care less about doing their job well. I hate their license management and cancellation WITH A PASSION. They took 4 months to cancel with direct requests. They have no email tracking for their email system -- they have no accountability. They have shifting sales reps that only care about commissions.Business model is the same as all greedy corporate business in USA... buy up the competitions, raise rates, put all money into *increasing* sales and make it difficult to cancel. What a sorry state of affairs.

i love the video quality and the support team is outstanding. Some of the content can be outdated especially in the tech industry as it moves so fast. I recommend that they try to keep up as it would be an amazing service if they did.

Indispensable

I use to have no idea where to start learning a new technology. Hopefully Google or YouTube would pop up something useful, but it would take hours to vet and usually the results didn't get me past beginner level. PluralSight does all that for me so I can just sit down and learn whatever I need to in as much depth as I want. As a software engineer, PluralSight has helped me quickly jump between niches.
