Plural sight is Genuinely run by thieves. They revenue model revolves around giving stealing money from users who give them a chance when they don't want to continue using their service and to defend them they bring out deep hidden clauses in "privacy policies" stating they can take my money whenever they want and they won't refund it. Only option is to continue using them. Coming to the service itself, you are much better off buying 12 dollar courses off of Udemy and keeping and learning from them for life. PluralSight has outdated content. All tools and technology being shown in the tutorials is from 5-10 years ago. Overall its not worth buying or going through the outdated tutorials of Plural Sight. You can find much better content on YouTube for free.Becareful don't waste your money on them.

Material is Poor | Manipulative Auto-renew!

Most of the content is disorganized on the site. The material is not up to the standard of free videos on youtube/udemy.They will charge your credit card annually without sending you any email. If you want to cancel, they refuse to refund the money. Even if you cancel on the same day your credit card is charged.... THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU.These people are scammers/manipulative... don't let them get you

This building just went up in Draper it is an eye sore, They promoted global authors. And instead built what we did not want, causing more polution and say they are going to employee 1500 more people. Utah is known to be the 3rd white collard crime state .. WHY ARE NONE OF YOU REPORTING THE FRAUD BY CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNTS ??? GARY HERBERT IS GOVENOR OF UTAH.. He promoted plural sight because they are a utah business..ALSO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY FOR FRAUDLANT CHARGES CONSUMER AFFAIRS IN UTAH> THIS COMPANY IS RAN BY JOKERS It makes me sad that we are in trouble globally and they announce how amazing they are and can give opportunity to other counties via internet to send in video training and earn a wage. They came here and destroyed our land with this ungodly building It is antiquated and is driving polution at greater heights than any other city..

Poor support, out of date courses with few tests to prove understanding

Out of date courses which spend too much time recapping and introducing themselves.Recently they decided to move our licence subscription causing me to lose access to all of my staff's progress just in time for end of year appraisals. Support really poor no escalation path and even shared some other customer's details with one of my team.

They bill people for annual…

They bill people for annual subscriptions without even informing them they are on a subscription model. Then, they refuse to refund the money. There are 5 people I know of that had this happen. Be aware, use another education provider!!

Charge your account at premium price…

Charge your account at premium price without consent. Renewed without advanced warning and refused refund (On the day of the subscription charge). Dont do it there are plenty of other better options.

I would like to second what other reviewers have said. This company rebilled my account for another year with no advanced warning. I saw this charge and immediately contacted support. The response was:Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund per our Terms of Use, no refund policy.
