Poor quality and customer service

Ordered with Polene twice. I was very satisfied the first time, but there were no issues with the bag. The second time was a disaster. The bag came damaged, they quickly sent me a return label. I returned the bag immediately. They told me that I would receive my replacement bag shortly. It took 2 weeks and an several unanswered emails to get the bag. I had to inform them that I'd book my money back if I don't hear from them before x date. They never replied and just shipped the bag out. The replacement bag had glue residues and the connector between bag and handles seemed to be lose. At first I wanted to keep it because I liked the bag so much. But now I'm going to send it back because I'm just so unhappy with the quality and the service. I bought their bags because the quality vs price was more than fair, but now it just seems to be a waste of time. It's just a bag, there shouldn't be any frustration in getting it.

I placed my order 4 April and it’s not even shipped yet in 7 days. Why are you lying to customers then that the delivery takes 6 days. No answers to my emails.disappointed!!!

Defective bag - customer service doesn’t respond

I received a defective bag and have been trying to contact them about it since last week. I’ve sent numerous emails, tried calling, but they just won’t respond to me. I wanted to gift the bag for a birthday but now it’s too late…I’m not even sure if I can still get a refund at this point (order S137331). Please work on your customer service!!

I liked everything

The shipment was on the 3rd working day, after that the delivery was super fast by DHL from Spain to Croatia in 2 days, i.e. 5 days after the order was placed in total.We expected to receive an email about the shipment, but instead there was an SMS, so we mixed up several shipments and thought the bag was late. Maybe this is your case too if you are waiting too long for the shipment :)The bag is wonderful, as I imagined after watching many reviews. I have a Beri

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever! Ordered Tonca a bag got so defected! Wrote them before and after, they are ignoring me constantly! Now i need to pay taxes and shipping on my behalf because they got me a defected bag. PLEASE STAY AWAY! They don't answer, and they don't take responsibility and say it's the bag's qualities. So funny because if it is true it's a disaster! I even wrote on the ceo linkedin and no response.

I’m still waiting on reply from Polene

I’m still waiting on reply from Polene. I emailed thrice already and never received anything back. I am not sure if I want to call my bank to just retract for me to have my money back but it’s been 10 days and i paid 20 dollars for 5 days shipping!!! Frustrating

I NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP PLEASE (ASAP)

Ordered a bag (EU41106) on Polene's EU site on April 3, 2023 and received a confirmation email. Immediately, I replied to the email to coordinate with the Polene team because I am having the bag shipped to my friend's airbnb where she is vacationing and was on a tight time constraint; so naturally, I just wanted to keep in communication with them so they know the situation and have a smooth transaction. 24hrs later, no reply. I didn't want to bother Polene as much as possible, but am obviously concerned about my order since it's status was still 'unfulfilled' after 2days and shipping was supposed to be 5days. Sent them another email, and after seeing all these negative reviews, decided to send them a DM on IG bc I'm really desperate to get the bag shipped and received in time, especially with the upcoming holidays that might cause shipping delays. Polene team, I know you guys are busy but PLEEEAAASEE HELP ME! I need my package expedited or something to ensure it's received by April 9. Thank you in advance ☹️UPDATE:Thankfully, the Polene team has reached out to my DM on IG, and shortly thereafter, on emails. Unfortunately the bag has yet to be shipped, albeit ready for pick up. Still a bit anxious about the delivery time, considering the upcoming holiday, but at least I've gotten some update to the status of my order. Thank you again to the Polene team for reaching out, and hopefully continuously updating me regarding shipment. Update #2:The Polène team has been so kind in keeping me updated regarding my order, relaying to me that my package has finally been shipped out along with DHL's estimated delivery time. Extending my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the team for addressing my concerns, especially given the time and geographical sensitivity of my situation. I look forward to finally receiving my Polène bag soon!💖(Hope this helps, will keep you guys updated 😊)

1 Week & Still Not Shipped?

It's been a week since I placed my order online and my bag has yet to be shipped?I've sent an email and DM to IG and received no response. No where on the page does it indicate that the bag was on pre-order. I'm not sure what is going on...Edit: I eventually got a reply back and did end up receiving my bag! Customer service is a bit slow and my order took a long time to pick/pack at the warehouse, but overall I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered the Numéro Dix bag on 3/29/29 for a special occasion, Order number S136560. Their shipping says 5 days and I have YET to receive anything about my order being shipped out. I’ve even emailed them twice and no response!

Great experience so far

Reading other reviews here, I was concerned but having received my bag today I'm happy with my purchase. The delivery ended up being two days earlier than expected, which was a bonus, and the bag is lovely and feels like great quality. I went with the Un Nano in smooth camel and it's definitely a bag I'll get a lot of use out of.
