No respond from Polene for my order

Ordered on 10 July 2023, and its been almost 2 weeks and i did not receive any shipping details.Despite multiple emails and instagram messages, I received no respond.My wife has mentioned how much she liked the bag and wanted to buy her as a gift but it was so disappointing.My order number S155628 please respond to me PoleneUpdated 24/07/2023Finally received reply from instagram, delivered and received all in good order.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Virtually non-existent and I wish you luck trying to reach anyone at Polene. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before placing an order with this company. I ordered 3 handbags, one of which was supposed to be a birthday gift. I received one out of 3 so far, which is different from the size I wanted and requested a return label as detailed on their website. I’m still waiting for a response and have tried all available channels: telephone, email, social media. I should have read the warning signs when looking at their website on their T&C’s, which are convoluted and not customer-centric. I’m still waiting for the remaining 2 items, which I requested they cancel due to the lack of response for the return label. This is not the type of service I was expecting and possibly the worst experience I’ve had, which is such a shame for this company. I will speak to the bank first thing to discuss my options. If you expect any form of customer service or communication from this vendor DON'T even consider ordering any items from this website. I would first look at the other reviews which will indicate what to expect. I am very disappointed in this brand and with all the customer service options available, this is absolutely not what I would expect.

Beautiful bag, but strap is broken and bad customer support

I've already had a Numero Dix bag in black color and it was perfect. I recommended Polene bags to my friends and decided to add one more bag to my collection.About a couple weeks ago I purchased Numero Neuf Mini in textured chalk color and unfortunately the strap is broken. The delivery was fast (to Lithuania), however the customer support is not good at all. I dropped them a couple messages with the photos, 7 days passed and still no answer. I see there're a lot of reviews with the complaints about strap issues and customer support. So, not sure if I'll continue recommending this brand. Probably, only with the notice that the customer support is not great and there might be issues with the bag.Update: Support answered a week after the initial letter and send me a new strap.

Placed an order on July 6th and it says…

Placed an order on July 6th and it says it will be shipped in 5 days. It has been over 2 weeks, but there is no change on the status of the item. I have sent email twice and nobody has responded to me. This is meant as a gift so I need it quick. I really don’t know what else I can do about this

False promises and no reply

I ordered 2 bags online a week before arriving to Paris, after i sent a mail asking if they are sure it will arrive on time, they reassured me that the bag will be sent tomorrow and will arrive on time within 5 buisness day max. Five days later I received note from dhl it was just sent today and will arrive to the hotel days after im gone ( more than 9 business days!) i tried to email, call, leave massages for days there is no reply whatsoever. Poor customer service! I need to cancel the order going to open a dispute in paypal. Be aware.

Was sent a used bag

I was sent a bag that was very obviously used. I hadn't even taken it out of the dust bag fully and I could see scuffs, stains and scratches on the leather and hardware. Their refund policy is that the customer pays the return shipping, which I think is ridiculous, as they sent me a used product, they should cover the cost. So I got in contact with customer service and they agreed to cover an exchange (and pay return shipping for it) but I'm going to have to pay the import fee again. Literally a waste of my money.

Sent fake bag I paid 470. Shut down your brand.

Now I know why you can not reach luxury brand and still increases the price since company sucks. I ordered the first polene tonca for my niece in NY store and sent used item with scratches on leather for real omg unprofessional bad management at warehouse or whoever in charge. Second I ordered again now they shipped the fake one. The purse has no tag attached no right box as described like others have received. I called many times the phone no one pick up. You guy need to shut down the company. Suck brand.

I sent an email on June 18 regarding…

I sent an email on June 18 regarding the defect in my Nunero Un Nano Edition textured chalk stating the strap had broken on my purse. The purse was less than one month old. I sent an email immediately providing my order number as well as a picture of my purse. I even stated in my email, I would be happy to send my purse if Polene provided a shipping label for a replacement for the defective purse. I have followed up with three more emails asking for an update and have received nothing from customer service. I even attempted to the call the New York store for advice and no one will answer the phone listed on the website. Polene bags receive such rave reviews on their purse but I will say their customer service deserves the one star I gave it! At this point, I would simply like a $400 credit placed back on my card.UPDATE: I did hear back from someone from the New York store offering their assistance with customer service in Paris. Hopefully, my situation will be resolved. Thank you to nice person from New York store who offered to help!
