Review Time
I ordered a bag as a treat for myself on the 27th of April. The initial shipping was really quick however when the item arrived, it was the wrong colour. I took photos of my order confirmation and the bag I received and sent this across to customer service and they came back to me promptly with a return label and confirmed they would send the correct item out to me once the original item had been returned. The bag was returned the following day and since then I have emailed numerous times to confirm this has been sent and chase up the correct item. Nearly 3 weeks on I am still waiting for my bag to be delivered or an email back from Polene. I am very disappointed with the delays and the lack of communication since I have returned the bag. The bags are not cheap so I would have expected some checks to be carried out before the items are shipped to ensure mistakes like this do not happen and I'm now starting to question when and if I will ever receive the correct item.
luxury the bags feel nothing like that. The leather of my 300 euro bag started to tear after the first week of use. The brand said they could do nothing about it and that the bags should be handled with extreme care. I am very careful with my belongings but I bought the bag for use not to be displayed at home and I expected more of this brand. Definitively will not be buying from Polène again and would never recommend it to a friend
Horrible experience!! (Order DE13990)I wanted to send my bag back to Polene. This was already very hard, so I opened a case on Paypal to get their help.Nevertheless I was able to return it and Polene confirmed that they received it. But now they say that they cant refund the money because of some issues with Paypal. Paypal assured me that there is no problem!So I am still waiting for my refund...Polene starts to look like a scam, especially when hearing all the bad reviews online and from my friends.This is so disappointing especially when you have to "fight" for such a high amount.
I was nervous when I read the reviews on here but my experience with Polene was fantastic. I ordered the bag on Monday and received it on Wednesday (delivered toUK)! I received an email and a tracking number. The bag looks beautiful. The quality seems great. Haven't worn it yet so can't say if it will stand the test of time but first impression is fantastic.
Lovely handbags (really, they are) at fair prices BUT one of the poorest customer service ever!! They are growing very fast but they are not well sourced for it, unfortunately. Hope it does not ruin them… they should invest in a solid customer service infrastructure or alternatively outsource it.
I have received my Beri Taupe from Polene on 21st February, and I really love Polene bags so that the Beri Taupe was my fourth Polene bag order. However, the strap attached part was fallen off, the bag is unfortunatelly defective. I emailed Polene with the photo but I haven't heard reply from Polene. I've felt nervous that so many of these comments didn't get reply from Poelen for so long.....UPDATEI have received email from Polene after 3days and they sinsirely provided me to fix the issue. As they are startup company and expanding the business very quickly. this is the time some chaos occurs.. However, I beleive they will face issues faithfully.
I ordered a bag on pre-order January and received it on 27th February. After considering for a few days I decided that unfortunately it was too small for my needs so I went online to initiate a return.. When I entered my order number (UK13579) it said I had exceeded the return window. How can this be? I had not had the bag a week?! Presumably because of the pre-order date it looks like the clock starts to count down from then. Several emails have been sent and so far no help or reply. I am extremely unhappy at this poor customer service. It doesn't help that I chose the option of Klarna instalments to pay so....
I purchased a bag online , unfortunately the colour was not to my liking so I returned it . I have emailed Polene four times regarding my refund which I have not had a reply. I have tracked my return and it has been delivered. Polene , please can you action my refund . This is poor customer service , which is not acceptable from a reputable brand .
