The carpet fitters Will and Graeme were extremely professional and did a fantastic job on what was a complicated open plan room and staircase. They were friendly and listened to what we required. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The Carpet we purchased from Ponsfords was fitted by Graeme and William. They are very professional and did an excellent job. The room was left in a very clean and tidy state, and all the furniture was put back in place. We are extremely happy with both the Carpet and the fitting.
The entire experience at Ponsford has been superb - from purchase of the sofas through to the carpets for the whole house. A genuine pleasure - most especially, dealing with Andrew Langner and Karl Lambert of the carpets sales team. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to the Ponsford store.
