Went to view again mattress for electric beds. Andrew was the person who went through the procedure of which would be suitable for my husband who suffers with a back problem. He was very knowledgeable and he decided to, at least, stay a good half hour or more to lay on the bed, bearing in mind this was our second viewing. In the end decided to purchase the item and like to express our thanks to Andrew for his patience, top man.
Stuart, Will and Graeme did an excellent job fitting our hall, landing and stair carpets. The arrived punctually and after swiftly assessing what needed to be done set to immediately removing all the old carpets, underlay and grippers. They then expertly fitted the new carpet to a better standard than previously. They cleaned everything up well. The team were friendly and courteous and we can highly recommend them.
We had a great experience in the showroom thanks to two gentlemen(Bilal & Jonathan) who assisted us while choosing our new sofa. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable, giving us helpful advice without ever being pushy. They took the time to understand what we wanted and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service — we left confident we’d made the right choice. Highly recommended!

Really excellent service. We were looking to purchase a range of furniture to refurbish our home and all the staff at Ponsfords were unfailingly helpful and patient as over several weeks we decided exactly what furniture we wanted.
