We are very impressed with the service…

We are very impressed with the service given by staff on every visit to Ponsfords. However, on our most recent visit Karl and Andrew excelled themselves in giving brilliant advice to ensure we got a beautiful jacaranda rug at a great price which matches our room perfectly and we would never have considered ourselves. Bilal was also excellent, processing our order for paintings and a bar stool quickly and efficiently even though it was 10 minutes before closing. Thank you all. We will undoubtedly be returning in the near future.

Arrived as promised first call

Arrived as promised first call, efficient, friendly, excellent preparation work before laying the carpet. Worked well, tidied up as they went , couldn't say enough great things about them. Most definitely would recommend.

All All stressless furniture compresses and sags ????THIS IS NORMAl

I bought a Streelee Fiona sofa July 24 .By April 25it had compresses was uncomfortable and material very loose .Ponsfords saw no faults In June I returned with more photos showing deterioration,Was told by Suraj director and customer services ALL STRESSLESS furniture does this it is expected .I argued I wasn’t told this a point of sale had a witness to this .After e mailing Stressless themselves for the product information etc Customer services told me I had to deal with them but would not ask the question to Stressless .I would never had purchased the sofa if given this inf at point of sale .Ponsfords have now CLOSED my case and told me to go through ombudsman The customer service manager was extremely aggressive .I am left in limbo having gone to a 5*company 3years previous and had brilliant service for a Stressless chair .

New carpets fitted!

Guys ( Graeme, Paul & Will) arrived exactly on time to fit carpets in our lounge, hall & cloakroom, on a boiling hot day today let me add.The team had a lot of experience and were very friendly and professional, great at explaining what and why they did the job.We are very pleased with our new carpets!

Work done to a great standard

Carpet fitters were on time and listened to our needs before starting the job. Work was done to a great standard and clean up afterwards was meticulous. Very pleased with the new carpet fit to our stairs, landing and bedroom.Many thanks Graeme, Will and Paul.
