It's not a dislike,just a question about a purchase I made via a seller on ebay,it was for the number 09 Iron Maiden 40th anniversary Eddie Mummy,it cost £39.18 in total. Purchase was made on 10th February, and I'm still waiting. Also the address on my account is wrong.

Scam company that’ll take your money and run

Had a £40 credit accumulated with PopInABox due to issues with Funko orders in the past. They had a product listed I wanted to purchase, however upon trying to log into my account it appears that they purged all historic accounts, and any credit owed, and insist that a new account is set up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Literally no products available

Used to use PITB quite a lot couple years ago. Was always a happy experience. Decided to see what they have available again after a while and there was literally nothing - tried things like jujutsu kaisen, venom, dragon ball, bakugan. Either no products shown in the search results or everything sold out. How does this company still exist?!

3 months and no product

Ordered item in November. Never turned up. Chased multiple times and was told the item wasn't in stock. I checked, and the item was still being sold online as "in stock". Raised this with customer services, and was told I was correct and the item would be dispatched asap. Guess what, it never turned up. Now the website has been updated to say it's not in stock. Not worth the hassle

Severe delays with the order I placed…

Severe delays with the order I placed in 2022. A majority of the order was fulfilled in February 2023. I still have not received the last part of my order and it is no longer available on the website as it was limited edition. No correspondence to confirm further shipping or actions. A whole eighteen-months late.Very frustrated. Will not be buying from them again.

Takes money and does not deliver.

Take your money for an order it does not have in stock and then takes ages to identify a problem and get round to cancelling the order and refunding money. As of yet I am still without either my order, a cancelation of the order or any signs of a refund. I will never use again and will tell others to avoid.Follow Up: I received an email from the company with an offer to refund me for my order. My reply requesting a refund bounced back as the inbox was full. Not promising. Really just avoid this company and I will be getting my card issuer involved in this.

Purchased my order on the 3rd October I'm still waiting for it 6 weeks later. Contacted them keep saying waiting for allocated items. Don't take the order if you haven't got it in stock ?

not a great company

not a great company, ordered a funko pop in june 2022 and it didn’t arrive until august 23 and when it did arrive it was broken. customer services is okay they respond to messages quick and have given a full refund but still not a very good experience
