Totally rubbish company to deal with, promises promises but no product Received ,last order placed on 24/6/22 but still not arrived 7/5/23 they sell products they don’t have, 2 previous orders have already been cancelled, I don’t understand how you can pre order but never receive the item , the funny thing is you can purchased the items elsewhere online ,beware

As per all the other 1 star reviews. Awful service, and no real update when asking for an update.I finally received an email back in Feb stating I would receive my order in April, unless stated otherwise. The date came and went, and no email. I have chased since, and with no real update of whe these will be recieved. When ordered nearly a year ago. Joke company, and will NEVER order from them again.28/04 Further to the below reply from Ben, I have amissed call which when I have called back there is no answer after 10 minutes. There is also no message on my PIAB account

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Just cancelled 2 orders that were placed in JULY!!!!! 10 months & still no sign of posting, despite them emailing me keep saying it is 'being dispatched' in the end I cancelled the order as the items that were apparently 'so hard to get hold of from the manufacturer' were readily available at my local Smyths!!!! I will never use this site again

Avoid

Avoid, terrible service and communication. Order from November 2022 delayed, advised in February it will be in Stock by 14th April. Chased for an update today to be told it’s not coming: “Kindly be advised that we will not be honoring any pending orders”. If I hadn’t of chased I would have unlikely have been told.

Pop in a Box…….Shambles

Ordered E.T. Elliot and ET Flying GITD Funko Pop! Moment on 19th Aug 2022. Waited & waited & waited patiently for it to arrive. (Missing out on lots of times to order elsewhere.) Chased several times but each time the shocking Robot army of Pop in a Box Customer Service Team kept emailing the same types of messages over & over again. A example of the most recent reply read as follows, “Please accept my apologies for the delay with your order.I can see that your item is currently out of stock, which has halted the dispatch of your order and our supplier has not yet advised when stock will be replenished.Kindly confirm if you would like to wait till the stock is available or if you would like us to cancel this order for you.Thank you for your patience and once again, my apologies for any inconvenience caused. If there is anything else that we can help with, then please let us know and a member of our team will be happy to help.Kind regards.” This was a reply to my latest chase of my order on 14 April 2023. (The day it was supposed to be dispatched according to a separate email from them which said they expected it to be in stock ready to be dispatched on that day.) Bear in mind this is 9 Months after I first ordered it!I will never use them again & I want the whole world to know how much of a shambles they’ve become as a Company. Things were great when I first started a Subscription with them but as time went on, they became worse & worse. Eventually they cancelled my Subscription with them & it seems they’ve now moved totally away from Pops altogether. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Ridiculous

The amount of times I had to enquire on where my order is. Every single time, I was told that it was postponed. I still have not received this. I ordered it in July and have heard back after another complaint that they are out of stock and are waiting. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend. Experience is awful.

Will not be ordering from popinabox again!

Will not be ordering from popinabox again as the last 5 pre orders have been cancelled on me and now struggle to get a hold of them. Very disappointing!Did not receive message.Then when I didn't reply to no message, tried to flag my review as not a genuine experience.
