Used to be my go to site

Used to love Pop in a Box as they always had a good stock of pop figures I needed. Now it's mainly clothing and I haven't had any pop figures in my subscription since August. Trying to cancel my subscription is a nightmare as no option on the site and have to go through chat who couldn't help as there's an 'update' but unable to tell me what the update is. Will have to try again tomorrow. I already cancelled pre-ordered items as they were processing since October but got them elsewhere as 4 months wait was enough for me. Not sure where the stock is coming from!

After having trouble cancelling my subscription I was put through to the live chat to Dan. Really helpful and polite. Fast replies and managed to cancel the subscription which was annoying me. Overall brilliant customer service

Honestly the worst company I've ever…

Honestly the worst company I've ever bought an item from ever. After a whole year, i finally got a funko pop i ordered. It was so frustrating as they kept saying it item was delayed or there were production issues. I could buy the item elsewhere! My friend got the same funko months ago. Never again. They gave me free credit for the trouble but, i doubt I'll use it.

No pop! Vinyl stock

Strange but stock from previous shop was in stock but every other pop! Funko was sold out ???

Only received the mystery box

Did not receive both items, just received the mystery box. I ordered the batman sweatshirt on the 9th and it came with a free mystery box and only the mystery box came and not the sweatshirt. Will not order here again after this harrowing experience.

Draconian Systems and Unhelpful "Customer Care"

This is not the first time I have had issues with orders and updates with Pop in a Box and it never ceases to amaze me how much the "customer care" team actually don't care at all. The answers I receive to my queries show just how much this team is just here to respond in generic fashion to all queries. I wanted to take advantage of the "GIFT" code to receive the mystery bag only to find that a VIP discount is automatically applied, of which, I cannot remove and the site thinks is better than the "GIFT" code so will not let me add it. Safe to say the "help" I have received has just been utterly useless information about my order that I know and then the fact nothing can be done...what madness is this? I will be cancelling my subscriptions and finding my Pops from a reliable source going forward.
