Review Time
Over 2 years ago I placed a multiple funko pop pre order ( 3 pops in all). 2 of the pops came within 12 months of ordering, I was charged for the pops when they were dispatched. The last one came a couple of weeks ago and I was charged for the other two pops as well as the one they just sent. I contacted them and I'm still waiting for a reply having been overcharged by £43.00. This company has got worse over the past year and just seems to be going downhill at a rapid pace. I've just sent them another message giving them a time limit to respond or I'm getting my bank involved
Absolute scam company. Order figures that never arrive and don't return your money. I've now realised they store and use people's payments cards withough permission. Just been sent an item that I never ordered and they helped themselves to payment, their response when challenged "you can send it back"Regarding your response. Putting a £10 credit on my account for a £11.99 cost for a figure that should have been fully refunded doesn't really help, it also doesn't change the fact that the Gor figure you sent and took payment for withought authorisation was never actually ordered by me.
Pre ordered the blink 182 set back in august 2022 was then told December then April and it has only arrived today. The funko pops also have black marks one of the face and another one on the back one of them is also scuffed. I believe I have been sent a return as I also receive no communication that it was being sent or from Royal Mail no emails be careful when ordering from these guys
Ordered a Funko pop and it came damaged. Money was taken and replacement never sent. I’ve sent bank statements of proof of purchase and screenshots of customer service contacted but according to their finance department they never took payment even though I have sent proof. So no refund and no item either. Ongoing complaint for over a month.
I've waited since the 1st of August 2022 for my Blink 182 pop Funko which was pre ordered. To this day it's still marked as processing.I was told I'd receive it in December 2022. Then it was pushed to January. Told it would arrive in April. Now we are approaching June and all I've asked for is some clarity on when it would be arriving. From the emails I've had, not once have I been given any clear information. I cannot stress how bloody frustrating this has been considering I could of bought this product from a different shop so easily, instead I've I've stupidly put my trust into this company with no indication if I'll ever receive my order.(Edit) after this review, the order was written up as a complaint from one of the service people, the parcel arrived within 7 days of the complaint and the company gave me £10 worth of credit for their store. I can't fault them for their customer service once I had made a complaint, but I doubt I will pre order with them again. The rating I've put up as a 3 instead of a 1 since the order did come quickly once logged as a complaint.
Waste of time pre ordering from these. I ordered a Blink182 on 3/8/2022 for release in iirc November. Date came and went and I received nothing, order showing as processing, messaged them to be told. 21st December i was told there was a warehouse issue, again on the 31st January to be told there was a delay in there delivery's arriving to them, 14/4/2023 still not heard a word from them regarding my order, not did I have any contact originally to state any issues with the order. 13/5/2023 now 9 months later and still showing as processing. Now the item appears to have been removed from there site. Will never pre-order from here again, rhe whole idea of pre orders is usually to guarantee you get the product
I have ordered from these before, had a really bad experience and was given some money so thought I’d give them another chance and yet AGAIN I’m receiving bad customer service, lies and incorrect information. I am hoping that I get another call so I can feedback again and someone can look into the customer service I have received again. I will definitely not be giving this company another chance.
