Don’t even bother with this company and save your money. First i pre-ordered 2 funko pops as gifts for my family for Christmas and despite me PRE-ORDERING them which I thought was supposed to guarantee that you get the item when it is released. I waited ages for these items with no updates apart from being sent the same generic email multiple times and had to contact them myself to find out what the hell was going on with my order to find out that even though I had preordered the items i would not be getting them due to ‘lack of stock’ meaning they had sold more than the amount they actually had available and did not update the website to say sold out which I’ve heard is common for this company. I was not made aware of this before i contacted them myself and had to cancel the order so i wonder how long they would’ve gone without letting me know what was going on. Then, they gave me £15 online credit to order something else so i bought some pokémon cards as another present, i made sure they were not preorder or anything so they would actually arrive however, it’s been weeks now with no sign of my item and i’m getting the same generic emails that i was getting for the pops and now i’m guessing that I wont be receiving this item either so i’m going to make sure everyone i know is aware of not to trust this shambles of a business until they get there sh** together. Oh and not to mention they’re called Pop in a box and don’t even sell Pops anymore ! how ironic. EDIT 2 HOURS LATER- they have cancelled this order too and have put the £15 credit onto my account saying that the pokémon cards are out of stock. How can a brand keep selling things to people that they don’t even have in stock, this is yet ANOTHER present ruined and i’m not even going to bother spending the £15 this time because i know it will never arrive.
Well after over a month of messages being sent back & forth the problem has still not been resolved satisfactory. I feel like I've been conned into placing an order with the promise of a free gift that they were never going to honour! Their latest response...(the credit was £20 which I never accepted when it was offered) "I am really sorry that you having an issue with your account, I understand this can be frustrating for you. Looking into this, the free gift is a mystery we unable to to see what will be sent that will be up to a value of 99.99. We understand this, may not be convenient at times. However, we unable to change this at this moment,The credit has already been added to your account a gesture of goodwill.I hope this has helped to resolve your query."
Pre-ordered 2 Funkos back in July. Was told orders would not ship till October, Ok. October comes and goes. Get an email in November saying they've received stock and orders should go out. Awesome. Nothing gets mailed. I check back in with them and they say orders are now PUSHED BACK TIL JANUARY. Ok, angry now. Wait till January, they tell me yet again its a "supplier issue" and remove (after I requested it vs getting website credit) shipping charges for said order. If my order is not shipped w/in the remainder of this month, I am cancelling and letting anyone know NOT TO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE because you will NEVER RECIEVE YOUR ORDER.
