Review Time
Very poor service.Every time I go there it is impossible to find anybody to answer questions or get advise. The security guy is following me like my shadow and constantly looking somewhere else as soon as I look in his direction. I go there often, but I suspect he has the memory of a gold fish.After 10 minutes going through the whole establishment and unable to find any assistance, you give up and leave, passing the very very long queue at the till (because they never open more than one, and all the 'experienced ' employee are busy talking to each other in the entrance).If by chance you end up being able to talk to an employee to ask simple advice about a product, then it is very clear right away you are an inconvenience to them. They will answer briefly, point to some direction in the store and start walking the other way to avoid any kind of assistance. And if on top of that you speak only English, then they barely look at you and they run away.So, prices are quite high, choice is very limited, Staff is unhelpful, site is outdated to check what's in stock. Not much good there.

Zodra het pakket is gescand ontvang je een email met daarin het pakketnummer.How can you run a business in this way?? Stupid me did not check reviews assuming Praxis could be relied on. BIG mistake - never again.Today : Still nothing from Praxis - and products are still available online ??will now request a refund
Very bad not client oriented service.I order 6 pieces and i received only 3. Pakbon saying that there should be 4 pieces in the box. Delivery box is damaged.I called in two Client service and they don't want to speak, just told that I should wait for email from them regarding that problem.Never. Never will use there service.
There is always something.Tried 2 online orders but never again.And as i do all my shopping online, I will never shop by praxis again.1st order one of the products no longer in stock and they shipped the rest of the order an cancelled the out of stock product 5 minutes before delivery without giving me the option to choose a different product.2nd order delivered and was not what I had ordered so I went to the shop to swap for the right product and it wasn’t in stock. The customer service wasn’t very friendly and asked for my card without asking what payment method I had used online. Now that have returned my money and sent me a rude mail to say after pay is my problem and that I now have to pay after pay.Extremely unfriendly service both online and in the shop.Never again.
Would never order something online via Praxis again and strongly recommend everyone to do so as well!Ordered a „tuinkast“ ages ago... the first half came after just a few days. Got a package , unpacked it, ready to assemble to realize that not all parts are in there . Apparently this product consists of two packages... well you would expect they deliver the second half then later correct? No after one week still no sign so we called ..“another package is on the way“ and this is where we are stuck now , we call twice a week for 1.5 months now, they are unable to ship the second package but tell us it should come any day now... a working tracking number can also not be send . And we can not really return the product as it is already unpacked and a laying around for a while... and we are still in need for a tuinkast btw...huge disappointment from customer service site...Feeling betrayed for my money
I bought a wirquin sifon with plug and wirquin extention. Plumber finally gave up on extention after repair attempts and bought self an extention after leakage twice. Sifon comes with plug. The plug rusted within a week! I never experienced such a bad quality product ever. I went to praxis to buy a plug which does not rust. They do not sell these things separately. You need to bu whole sifon set. I went to gamma and bought separate plug. I considered buying the new furniture from Praxis. I am so happy now that I did not. No one should sell such a bad quality product. Seriously, I would be ashamed. What kind of product made for bathroom rusts in a week? And if you sell such bad quality how can I trust your other products? I do not see myself shopping from praxis again.
Praxis is not a bad DIY store but their website is useless. It took me 5 emails to the the service department to get my full order and to get the one item that could not be delivered refunded (I added one star because they did eventually refund it).There was no communication from the webshop itself: I had to constantly go after them. I suspect they have a very strange setup where there is no central warehouse from which the webshop orders come but rather that everything goes through the local shops, whose staff undoubtedly have little time to deal with such remote orders (I don't blame the staff - staff in Dutch DIY stores are always overworked). So, my advice to Praxis would be, set up a proper webshop with the proper warehouse solution, or get rid of your webshop completely and save your reputation.
