Review Time
Ordered laminate. They claim it will delivered in 3 to 5 business days, in reality this is hardly the case. It is almost two weeks, I had relied on their delivery to plan my house into order including organising and installing furniture with the help of friends. This whole plan got screwed over thanks to praxis and their false information.The infuriating part of this is that if they told the truth even though this delivery is too long (by any standard, the laminate i ordered is readily available at the store) at the very least would have avoiding wasting my friends time if they were honest. Such a waste, I regret making the order to begin with.
I made an order. then 12 days after I made the order, I got an email they do not have the products!I emailed them several times, asking them what is going on, and then all of a sudden got an email which seems like they have cancelled my order! I am very mad. They do not answer the phone or helping in the shop. They offer to replace 1 of the three products I ordered (which does not make any sense since they need to be all the same!) and when I told them I would expect them to provide similar products, they just send me an email cancelling the order! of course I did not received the money but it it not matter to them!I am shocked.
I had to become a Praxis plus member online to receive a discount on some shelving to be delivered. Unfortunately with reasons only known to Praxis they have sent it with the incorrect address. Not the address registered with them. So we contacted Post.NL, to be told they can not do anything and it's Praxis fault for entering the wrong address. We contact Praxis to be told its not their fault it's Post.NL. In the meantime the shelves are delivered to the wrong address. We then go by bus from Heemstede to Uithoorn to the address the shelving went to, nobody home, so left a note with our contact details on hoping that they respond. I will never ever order anything online with Praxis. You can normal tell when company's don't care about their customers, when they don't even respond to one single person on trust pilot.
We bought pvc floors with Praxis and booked their delivery service. The delivery company was late with the delivery and refused to enter it inside our home, leaving the floor packages outside in the street. I was alone and 5 months pregnant! Their answer was that they cannot do anything about it that is the transport company policy. I did not hire the transportation company, Praxis did and should have informed us properly about the delivery policy. No solution has been offered. Awful service. Never again.
Ordered soil to arrive the next day. They didn't transferred package to PostNL for long 4 days. It arrived too late when I already purchased it elsewhere as my plants can not wait forever. Informed them on time and demanded return, they advised me to refuse delivery on the spot but PostNL just left super heavy package in front of our doors so we were not able to refuse delivery at all. Praxis Customer service said I should just take it back to the nearest store which is a joke advice as 160l of soil is NOT easy to carry. In the end I asked them to correct Invoice they sent me, they refused to do so. DO NOT ORDER and have business with Praxis.
Terrible costumer service. In the store they could not accept a return. Apparently because of a new policy regarding online orders. This was not stated in the e-mail I had received regarding the return. I tried to call customer service which was not helpful at all. Not ordering from them again.
