I ordered multiple packs of floorboards for over 600EUR and paid an additional 40EUR for delivery.Following the signature that was demanded first by the delivery agent in the street to justify delivery, the items have been left inside our courtyard -despite my repeated requests- in a way that is now blocking the entrance to two houses, which is not only extremely inconvenient, but is also creating a hazard in case there is a fire. I explained to the delivery agent that I am a woman who is alone at the moment, with construction workers coming in 2 days, so I am not able to move the heavy items. I requested multiple times that the items be placed elsewhere, at least in a way that is not blocking the entrance/exit to the houses, but the agent kept repeating "Not my problem!". When I told him I will place a complaint if he does not move the items, his response was "I don't care, not my problem!."I do not believe that it is unreasonable to expect that delivery agents do not leave heavy items in the way, deliberately blocking the entrance and exit to buildings; if Praxis is charging clients for delivery, it should go without saying that they do not send angry and aggressive agents who refuse the absolute minimum of cooperation, service-mindedness and polite communication.
Just stay away and don't order online, because they don't ever never deliver your package on agreed date. It was 1-2 days, now I'm in the 11th day, still there is no delivery.No answer from the customer service.Just stay away at all costs.
I must write a review for the benefits of others. It started by the bad service at delivery of the BBQ we ordered from Praxis online. The driver was rude very impatient very unpolite . Than we put up our BBQ and noticed lots of damages during the building of it plus rust straight from their shop and since we looked to buy a rust free BBQ with special coverage anti rust ...we were shocked to see it plus many other flaws on a brand new not cheap BBQ . We called client service were kept online for an hour as number one in the waiting list then told we ate 0 on the waiting list then they hung up we tried again same story for 3 hours untill it was the closing time . No one answered for the entire time . We wanted to vonsilt what to fo if we can still use it before returning it as it was ordered for a big party and there wasn't time to order a new one . But of course Praxis client service is not realy existing. What to do now is not sure but definitly not recommended.
Do not buy from Praxis online! I bought a showerhead via Praxis website two weeks ago to replace my broken showerhead. However, I didn't receive my showerhead after one week of purchase, and seller that sells via Praxis is Ecorain, who told me that my package was lost by DHL, their chosen courier. I followed up to request for a replacement because this has disturbed my daily life, but never received a response again. So I decided to purchase another showerhead from a different seller elsewhere, while requesting for a refund from Praxis at the same time. But the system directed me to their sales partner directly who ever responded to my refund request. Although I did receive my showerhead two weeks later, I don't need it anymore! I contacted Praxis costumer service, who told me that since I have requested a return online, I will have to communicate with their sales partner directly. There is no info online that shows clear steps about free online return, nor did their sales partner ever reply. I basically cannot exercise my right as a consumer, even though the Praxis website clearly stated that as a Praxis plus member we have 90 days cooling period to return our products by them or their sales partner. This is ridiculous! Sensible people should never buy from them, because even if you have 2-year guarantee by law, they are not reliable to comply the laws.
On March 28 I made my order for 3 doors with confirmed delivery date (uitlerlijk 23 mei) latest on 23 May 2024. We planned with constructors the work to be done around that delivery date, of course I never received the doors, never an update on delivery date, on the website under my order is still confirmed 23rd of May 2024 (today is 24th of May 2024) I only discovered by calling the customer service ( 1h 45 min waiting in the line) that my order will be maybe delivered on the 7th of June. At that point I asked to cancel ONLY 1 of 3 doors and the answer is NO they are already produced... ok than deliver! No, they are not done!!! SO, I needed to buy another door to let the work go on. I called again Praxis and asked at least CHANGE ONLY THE SIZE of 1 door. Of course, the answer is NO, SORRY. What I know is that they have my money, they did deliver nothing, and they didn't want to help me at all!it is really a poor shop they don't know what customer service is!Never buy anymore at Praxis.
On May 15th I ordered a product, the delivery time was 1-3 business days and the stock status was available, but after 3 days the Shipping status of my product was still not updated. When I contacted customer service they told me that there was a glitch and I would have to wait another 3 days. Again 3 days passed, I sent an e-mail again, today is the 22nd and nothing has changed about the update, if the problem is not solved, I will apply to the necessary authorities, it is sad to see such things in a company like praxis
Praxis website gave an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days and it has now been 9 days and I haven't received my package yet. I cannot believe it takes a package so long to get from Germany to the Netherlands.What a disappointment.In addition, the only options for places to have it delivered to are places that are really far away, closest one of which is 5km from me. So if you have to order something heavy, don't bother ordering from them. Don't use this company if you have to order something to get a project completed.I will never order from them again.
