Hello , I buy the new bathroom basin set from praxis Den Haag . On that time the the praxis staff telling me 2 week delivery but they delivery are taken time 4week after that they taken delivery price also from my side and they give wrong stuff after that I Chek that one they given me wrong size . Then after I return that one then agin they are given me wrong stuff agin the bullsheet Then I return again Total stuff . The moral story don't waste you time they given very wrong promise and they taken lots of time and they given again agin and agin wrong stuff. Plz don't go waste of money any time 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Hi,I have contacted the customer service for a warranty claim. I purchased a shower set in a Praxis shop which has been permanently closed, so I cannot claim it at the shop where Customer Service sent me to.Instead of supporting the claim, they push me to a different shops. Nobody takes responsibility of the claim.I have shared all relevant information via email and they have not replied back.
I made an order more than 1 week ago, saying that the delivery will be the following day. Then, the following day, i receive an email saying that "unfortunately there is a lot of work in the storage so it will be delayed, and that WHEN they solve that, I will receive a track and trace number. More than one week later, I have nothing, no news, no email, nothing. I contact customer service to ask what is going on, and they say that unfortunately until the product doesn't live in the store, they cannot give me any info; that I have to wait. "how much waiting?" I ask; "I don't know, unfortunately, we don't have the info". Ok, glorious, they don't know what they have, how many workers they got to do the job, when they ship the orders... they know nothing, and you got nothing either. Won't buy it here again.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Our shower stall lasted less than 2 years. After spending over $1000 for it, it cracked at the bottom. My husband added extra reinforcement under the base because it seemed flimsy from the start and it still cracked. Now after a little over 2 years we are having to tear it out and redo the entire shower. So very disappointed.
Order#: 227644711 Incident#: 220103-0043..The order (5 big shelves: each worth 15-20 Euros) was damaged when delivered to the house and left outside the door while i was not home. There were two screw packs missing and one of the shelves were damaged. When i contacted Praxis customer service, they asked me to return them to one of the stores which is impossible for me on a bicycle as I dont have a car. Secondly if i do take an Uber/taxi to take it to their store, the cost will be more than the price of the broken shelf/undelivered screws. Thus, very bad experience with Praxis...
