Very close to cruise terminal. Can be confusing getting to garage. Needs bigger sign at garage entrance. Staff was courteous. Didn't wait long to get to terminal. Upon return. Wave the blue paper they give you in the air, so drivers can see it. They pick up on the terminal side, where the buses pick up, not the middle island where the ground people told us to go. This is our second time using them.
They are a great company for parking. The only trouble we had was when we were being picked up. We were waiting first but other people got on before us and there was little room left for our family of four. The only suggestion if there is only one or two drivers picking up, is that they may want to hand out some kind of ticket for the next people waiting to be picked up so everyone is not crowding to catch the shuttle.
We parked r car in the parking deck in Miami And went on a 7 days cruise and we came back r white. Miata had black places all over the trunk and had paper on it and place it looked like cups has been setting on it and boot prints and a table and chair setting behind it like they was using r car as a table I was not even sure it was my car at first because it never looks like that we took pics with r iPhone and called when we was setting there but they said they would call us back and they said there nothing they can do but send us 20 dollars to have it clean up and we said we will try that and see if the black places will come off but the scratches it will not take them off but they never send us the 20 dollars and they said they would contact us back but never did and it's been going on 4 months we have used this place everyone we go on a cruise but this is Ridiculous we pay for them to watch r car but we need to be watch the ppl running the place.
We have used this service several times; and are very pleased with them. Really do like the new location (closer to the port). The attendants are always courteous and helpful. The drivers are excellent. We received exactly the type of service we expected.
