I am in the upper 50s and on blood thinners after a heart attack. Things did not work anymore as they used to, and trying different products including horny goat weed and other products which gave me irregular heartbeat and high blood pressure, I saw the ad on Facebook for Primal Herbs Volume. Skeptical that it would be any different, I got the $25 trial and started taking one spoon of the liquid paste per day. No changes initially. After about two weeks, I noticed morning wood and frequent hardness at night. Now, I see the strongest effect 30 min to 2 hours after taking it. Hardness, I had not experienced since I was in my 20s! Unbelievable!!! I also checked my blood pressure several times throughout the day, and I see no rise. In summary, I would recommend this product and I continued my subscription.
Customer DeceptionI have ordered multiple times and aside from a few minor issues, it has always worked. Now I have ordered again, received an order confirmation, and paid, but to this day I have not received the goods or my money back. I have now filed a report for fraud and initiated a reminder procedure. No one is responding to emails, no matter which website it is, whether .nl, .com, or .de.The product itself is very good if you actually receive it!!!After my review was answered and I was asked to get in touch, I did so, but as always, there was no answer, nor was my order, nor was my money returned. That's what I call fraud.

I was diagnosed with cancer 8 years ago and it took out my kidneys. With chemotherapy and dialysis, I just wasn’t myself anymore. I was lacking energy, my testosterone levels were low and my interest in intimacy was low. I tried many different products and nothing worked. They readily accept orders for products they don't have on hand, effectively holding customers' money hostage while they presumably wait for their stock to be replenished. This practice is not only unprofessional but also incredibly inconvenient for customers who may be relying on these supplements for their health and well-being.The lack of proactive communication is perhaps the most infuriating aspect of their customer service. At no point did Primal Herbs reach out to inform me of the delay or offer an estimated shipping timeframe. I was left in the dark, forced to repeatedly chase them for updates. He is the founder and has built the company around holistic and sustainable wellness solutions for men. ) So, with that the representative was just a liar as well! Great staff they have working for them!
