Provided that you order well in advance and ignore the 10-day delivery mention on the website you will be as delighted as we were with Prime Paint.Not only significantly cheaper than other suppliers, their customer service responses by email were lightning fast and the website itself was easy to use. Excellent.

Avoid at all costs

Waiting for my paint 15 days Emailed to ask for an update Got a reply saying it would be delivered a few days later Still waiting 15 daysDPD say they have my parcel details but do not yet have my parcel Went to contact primepaint and they don’t have a phone number which is dodgy Also Facebook account had been removed - extremely dodgy Absolute worst customer service ever I will be opening up an investigation with my bank and also have the right to cancel my order and full refund I will also contact trading standards Prime paint you should not be operating at you do not meet your deadlines and offer poor communication options

DO NOT USE!!

DO NOT USE!!! This is a scam website - do not trust the other reviews that give 5 stars. We ordered paint 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived!! I have had two responses from Steven saying that the paint will be here last Saturday or Tuesday this week and when you track on Shopify it says that it hasn’t even been shipped yet! This has hugely delayed our work. We accounted for the 10 working days but this is not good enough. We are not sure how we will get our money back as we have had to shop elsewhere now for the paint as no one replies and there is no contact number. We will be reporting to trading standards. So unhappy!!

Awful delivery

Waited the 10 working days as stated, contacted the company and they advised would be shipped either working day 13 or 14 so would arrive day 14 or 15, three weeks waiting, tried to cancel the order but they didn’t reply. Not the best at all, also not sure if real paint as stated no refunds as paint mixed to order 🤷‍♀️. Won’t use again

Now understand why people have marked this company down. If you want to get on with the job don’t order from them. I have been waiting for 10 working days and still waiting with no sign of my paint. Not a great way to run a business.

Very pleased with the service

Very pleased with the service. The website clearly states in several places that delivery takes 10 days. I factored into this into my ordering and it arrived on Day 10. Steven was extremely helpful in the admin department. Would definitely buy from again.

Cheap paint but slow delivery - a false ecomomy?

Sorry primepaint - only 3 stars. This business certainly succeeds in its primary aim - to supply premium paint products at discounts unobtainable elsewhere. But it comes at a price which is not readily apparent when you order - your paint may take several weeks to arrive, and you will have no ETA in the meantime to allow you to plan the timing of your painting project. Prime paint will say that they make it clear that they aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order. But I certainly missed this vital info when ordering - and it simply is not flagged prominently enough when you order. But worse, the 10 days is an aim not a guarantee. I ordered 2nd October, and apparently my paint is scheduled to arrive on 18th October - outside the 10 day window. In future I will be happy to pay full whack and have my paint when I want it. Its a false economy to save a few quid on the paint and then mess your painter around over start times.Primepaint if you want 5 star reviews a couple of tips. 1/. Make the delivery delay crystal clear to your customers before they place an order. 2/. Within a couple of days of order try to provide your customers with an ETA. 3/. Make customer contact far easier - your site provides no readily accessible contact details.

Excellent customer service with added flexibility

Excellent customer service with added flexibility. Placed the order, realised I had forgotten something a couple of days later and Steve and the team were brilliant! Added the extra item and refunded the extra P&P. They clearly state 10 day delivery time and I was ordering in advance so thanks again for your great service and excellent pricing!

Avoid!

It’s been 3 weeks and still no paint or tracking number despite being promised this multiple times. The communication is poor and they have no number for you to call. Avoid if you can!
