Review Time
After doing a fair bit of research I believed I was making the right decision when ordering photo coasters for my sisters engagement present through Printster. I felt they were the best value and didn’t charge too much in postage. Reviews looked good and it’s a big company so I thought they would have decent photo printers / equipment. I was wrong, the coaster photo quality is awful and I’m embarrassed to use them as a gift. So I’ll have to re order at another company and spend even more on what was meant to be a nice present from the very start. I contacted Printster to complain (the red flag being you can’t call them) you have to email and after a week they have emailed back to say they believe the quality is good enough and won’t be doing anything further. Very disappointing. How can you be a photo printing company and not even have the right equipment to do the job.
I ordered personalised wrap from simplygiftwrap and it came from printster so I guess they use different names, but the wrapping paper was brilliant - grandson's photo on it, also the number 16 for his birthday - great quality and lots of fun. I will be ordering again soon for the next birthday!
