Poor quality prints

I was disappointed with the rendition of the photos when printed on a mug - especially as this is a present for someone else. Low contrasting images and inaccurate colours.Printster were unwilling to address the issues, so sadly I would not recommend this company to other shoppers.

Do not order. Con. Photos come out blurry.

Orderd 3 mugs for Christmas. Poor quality photos compared to what I sent. Blurry, lighting had changed. Emailed to flag it and they said the photos met the standards of the photos I had sent. I sent them my original photos I'd uploaded and compared to the garbage they sent me. Disgusting customer service. Do not order. Con of a company.

Bad quality, no replacement offered

Have used before with no issues for the same product (mug with pictures). Latest 2 were incredibly pixelated and low quality, and they’ve refused to do anything about it, which is ridiculous. All we wanted was them fixed, not a refund. Now you’ve lost 2 customers and we’ll do a charge back anyways as it’s objectively poor quality…

I ordered some coasters

I ordered some coasters. I uploaded four images, requesting seven coasters from each. When you select the images for reproduction the interface does not allow you to see the images that have been uploaded. The software uploaded only three without my knowledge so the printing was wrong. I contacted the company and explained the situation and they flatly refused to remedy the situation. So much for their claimed 'excellent' customer service. I would rate their customer service as extremely poor. Avoid this company.

Blurry photos meet their standards!

I ordered a personalised photo mug - the photos on the mug were ALL blurry even though high quality photos were uploaded. I emailed customer service about this and was told that these photos meet their quality standards - which says a lot about the company. Luckily it was only a mug for a family member (though my money was still wasted) and not for something more important as I know others may consider this company for prints for weddings etc. I would not recommend unless you want blurry pictures and I will not be using again!!

Terrible customer service and very…

Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience. I ordered personalised coasters and contacted the company almost immediately to cancel because I forgot to add express shipping , but they refused — claiming the order was already “in production,” which is simply not believable given how quickly I got in touch.What makes this even worse is that I placed a second order with express shipping around the same time, and that one was processed and shipped straight away. This clearly shows they had the time and ability to cancel the first order but simply chose not to.When the coasters arrived, the quality was very poor — they look cheap and badly made. They were meant to be a gift, but I’m honestly embarrassed to give them to anyone.The company has since ignored my follow-up emails completely. No effort to resolve the issue, no accountability, and no basic courtesy in communication. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when the mistake could have easily been fixed if they’d bothered to respond properly.I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company — they clearly don’t value their customers or stand behind their products.

Best price for 4 coasters that i could…

Best price for 4 coasters that i could find online . A little worried about delivery as chose cheaper option and no tracking, however arrived OK and the quality was amazing. Would definitely use services again
