Im happy with my purchased. The quality of the photos are nice and my fiance mum will for sure love the coasters I got her. Just order in advance due to they have falsely advertise that item will be delivered within 24hrs. Other than that Im happy with what I got.
I paid £8.62 for the express delivery option (same day dispatch, 24-hour delivery). 4 days after the delivery date, the product still has not arrived. The event I needed the product for is now over. I requested a refund and was refused it, saying they do not guarantee delivery by any date. Terrible customer service.
Terrible company, awful and rude costumer service. They lie about delivery times, I order some stuff for my friend's hen do, paid double to have it delivered next day...7 days later it hasnt arrived and they say...delivery times are estimated and blame royal mail. Unprofessional and ridiculous, stay away from this company.
I paid 8.29£ next day delivery for a 13£ order, so I could have a photo face personalised for my friend's hen do. It didnt arrive the next day, or in the next 6 days, and now they are saying it might take 10 days. When i confronted them with this they are saying times are esstimated....SHAMELESS. Why would I pay twice as much to have something delivery urgent if it was estimated.."it could be tomorrow or in the next 10 days" so stupid. They refuse to refund me for an order that I wont be using as the hen do is finished now, Even that I sent screenshots with next day delivery on my order.
I placed a large Order on the Sunday afternoon and it was delivered very promptly on the Tuesday lunchtime. Well packaged and very good quality print. I did order coloured mugs but white ones came through with my image on. On speaking to customer services I was offered the option to re send the order or receive a refund for the price difference which I have received already. I am very grateful this has been dealt with so efficiently. I am very happy with the prompt delivery of my items, quality, clear image and pricing. Will definitely use again.
