I like ProForm machines a lot. When my treadmill broke, I bought the same brand, and I'm happy with it. iFit is great and helps a lot. However: I decided to complement with a bike. It's a very nice ProFrom machine. But: 1. The seat is very stiff: it's so hard that it is very unconfortable. 2. Its handle is a little too far. I've moved to its closest most upright position, and still is very far. It should have better, closer options to be fixed at.
OK Treadmill. I use it manual mode since too $$ for subscription. Sub allows full interactive but difficult to hear coaching and up/down/speed changes are cute once but annoying. Recommended turn off with switch under unit is very poor design so put plug on switch to kill power after use. Boot when power on takes long time. Noisy fan that doesn’t blow much air. S/W updates awkward but good to see someone working on sloppy software.
The treadmill was awesome when I first started using it. After a while, the incline mechanism creaks and groans when using it. It still works but the noise is irritating. Everything else works well, I really like being connected to the iFit treadmill workouts.
I have had my studio bike almost a year now, and use it almost every day. I have had very few issues with it. There are a few times I have had problems with the program loading or capturing my workout stats, but overall it has worked well. The biggest issue is that it does not turn on and off without unplugging. I bought a smart plug-in and control it with a device, but it would be more convenient without having to do that.I am wanting to now get a rowing machine, and am looking at ProForm for that as well.
