Terrible customer service, phone tree just kicks a person around, site not working and their bot is infuriating garbage.Worse, the treadmill worked once and now only the incline raises and lowers without buttons being pushed, and all other buttons don't work.STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY
I bought the proform c22 bike on Oct 19th. Set it up and the resistance would not change. The bike has not worked out of the box. We have the same bike bought 2 years prior and now the flywheel wobbles. So I Googled problems that I could trouble shoot. Checked all the connectors for loose pins, bent pins and they were all good. I took the new console and hooked it up to the old bike and it worked. So that means it was either the harness or the motor. I used the app to open a warranty ticket with all this information. I received a response a week later and after 2 weeks of back and forth asking for pictures and video and asking for my name and address multiple times. For 2 weeks all what was covered was everything I had put in my warranty ticket and warranty registration.They have different people answering the responses from the email chain but b one looks back to see what was covered. It took everything I had not to go mental.I finally called and they got a guy to come out 4 days later. Sure enough it was the harness. They tech guy requests the parts and then I have to take pictures of the connectors hooked up and disconnected? This is after they sent someone. 5 days later they sent only the motor..seriously! It's now Nov 23rd and I have no idea when the part is coming. I called the tech and he said he has left a few messages and waiting to hear back. This is absolutely the worst ran customer service I have ever dealt with or heard of. It is almost comical on how there is no sense of caring about customers. It is now over 6 weeks on a major purchase that I cannot use and lost time on my warranty.
AVOID THIS RUBBISH COMPANY... PURE JUNK!!Purchased the pro2000 treadmill in August 2023 & platform board broke by September 2023, literally cracked full length of the treadmill. Contacted customer service as soon as this happened & by 14th November 2023 after chasing up numerous calls & emails the most we have heard from them is they are waiting on the part coming. Almost 12 weeks of waiting, we are waiting no longer & demanding a full refund as product is not fit for purpose. To be totally honest PROFORM FITNESS AS A COMPANY IS AN UTTER DISGRACE, from looking at their shocking reviews online on numerous places I wish I would of spent my 2k wiser on a better brand of company with actual customer services who care about their products & brand & sure as hell seems I aint alone with this!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
Just awful and I researched but obviously not enough. Went from total excitement to complete let down. It requires assembly by two men, I did not have a clue. I've been through 3 recommended handymen and $200, and it still isn't assembled. Called and was told it could take up to two weeks and is 180 assembly fee for one of their techs. No mind that I've already paid over 2500 just for the equipment and am paying for the app NOW. So, I requested a return and OMG, yep, that'll cost, it's over $500 just to send back. I wish I'd checked here first, the previous reviews are spot on, you'll be sorry, I sure am. What an expensive lesson and all I wanted to do was improve my health.
Terrible customer service, after months of going back and forth and multiple technicians coming and diagnosing that i need 12 parts changed on a brand new treadmill, they finally said the would check with the returns departments to see if i could get the loud clangy treadmill replaced under the 12 month warranty that will expire very soon. Then they tell me that they can’t authorize the return after hours and hours on hold and no reply to emails after weeks of waiting and tell me that i need to go through a 3rd party to get my return authorized?? They give me the phone number “ 435-786-4624“ and guess what? that number leads to nowhere! it just rings and rings and rings. I called the store that is waiting for the return authorization approval from proform so they can process my replacement and told me that in 30 years they have never heard of a third-party authorization. Very tired of getting the runaround will keep calling back until I seek a resolution!
You'll be sorry.If anything goes wrong with your equipment - you will spend so much time getting a service call, with my first issue - took 3 weeks - a month to get a service call. Customer service, will eat up a week or two just getting a service call scheduled. To top it all off - I keep having the same issue (same belt is breaking).
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROFORM TREADMILL.The service is beyond terrible, and the equipment is nothing short of pathetic. We made the unfortunate decision to purchase the Carbon T10 Treadmill from Proform, and it has been a complete nightmare.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Proform Treadmills. Just 14 months after shelling out $1400, the treadmill's belt decided to call it quits. Of course, their so-called "limited" 12-month warranty conveniently expired just before the treadmill fell apart.And let's not even get started on their customer service. You're in for a frustrating experience that starts with a 30-minute wait just to provide your details, only to be told that you're not covered. Then, they graciously transfer you to the Canadian department, where you're forced to endure another 30 minutes of your life wasted, and guess what? Nothing gets resolved.It's the same sad story, whether you're in the US or Canada. Proform's equipment is subpar, and their customer service is a complete disaster. Save your money and your sanity, and look elsewhere for fitness equipment.
Rower would not sync with console at 11 months, 2nd console broke in 2 days, 2 site visits 2 sets of wires, could not fix. Ifit would do nothing, thankfuly I bought thru Costco and they did. Buyer beware...repair guy says plug/transformer is the culprit and cheap and blows out the board.
UPDATE:Only after being forced to throw a fit and write a review did the company send the replacement. I’m upgrading to 3 stars. They did fix the treadmill but should have done so without causing the frustration and having me question the purchase of the warranty. I love my treadmill and use it daily. Great product. Just wished they’d followed through on the customer service without causing so much friction.WOW!!! Complete trash. Proform 9000 Treadmill. Walking board splits in half. I paid for the extra warranty. They sent me the replacement parts and in the box the new board is broken in half... Now all the sudden they cant help me and i have to go through a bunch of other channels now. REALLY????
