Proovia was brilliant. Leaving me regular updates as to when they were arriving. Both Delievery Men were helpful and polite and helped me get a very awkward mattress into our house.

Make sure full info is understood

Very smooth transfer and communication however the fact that the first collection failed due to not knowing the items had to be dismantled so due to that sofa didn’t arrive till the 1st!! Even so very happy with the service once collected

Excellent service, really helpful.

Delivery was during the period specified and the sofa was delivered carefully. The guys were really helpful getting it into the house and to where we wanted it, this involved getting around a couple of tricky corners but they managed it without any mishap. Would happily use their service again. Thank you!
