Delivery was during the period specified and the sofa was delivered carefully. The guys were really helpful getting it into the house and to where we wanted it, this involved getting around a couple of tricky corners but they managed it without any mishap. Would happily use their service again. Thank you!
Items arrived safely (expensive toilets), despite not being boxed as intended.Delivery slot was quite late at the weekend, so we asked for a call 15 mins before their arrival. Which they did promptly, so we could help unload. Friendly and reliable.Lots of emails with updates made it a bit difficult to find the right ones where responses are needed.
Good communication from start to finish. I needed to phone Proovia and this prooved to be a straight forward experience. Just before arriving at my property Proovia phoned to provide advance warning of their arrival which was very helpful. Two gentlemen who carried out the delivery were courteous. Thank you
