I must say the communication was very efficient. The delivery day got changed last minute but I was informed and there was constant communication about an alternative date. The only thing I would say was alittle disappointing is the furniture is only delivered to the ground floor. As a result we have a piece of furniture currently at the bottom of our stairs blocking the door which I am not able to get up to the relevant room. I would understand if it was a lot of stairs but this simply isn’t the case. Something to be mindful of when ordering!
From day one it went wrong they called collection on withheld number so my parcel wasn't collected, then finally day later than agreed delivery I was told my parcel delivery had been postponed due to none payment.I emailed proof then got my parcel
