Good delivery service for complicated collection and delivery

This was quite a complicated pick-up and delivery but was arranged reasonably easily. The collection had to be rescheduled but went ahead satisfactorily. The delivery was on time and efficient.

Great delivery experience

Room for improvement

1. The driver hit our fence hard with the van causing damage to the fence. 2. The online tracking is inaccurate. 3. I didn’t get a call when he was on his way (30mins) - only when he’d already parked outside. 4. On the plus side the driver was polite and the package was off loaded by him and his helper and appears to be in good condition.
