Very little communication about the delivery, not able to contact the driver for any update was the start, the to have two people deliver a very large sofa with almost no idea on how to maneuver it in the house, I had to stop them and stated "let's stop before you do anymore damage", one of the drivers looked at me and shrugged his shoulders as it to say it won't go in the room and basically had no idea on how to sort the issue, I had to get involved and remove the feet, which allowed the sofa to turn....but they still managed to cause more issues on frame work and walls, forcing the sofa into the room and damaging the plaster on the entrance wall - provided no support to get the feet back on the sofa and couldn't get out of the house quick enough, not to mention one of them being so ill they were coughing all over the sofa with no regard to anyone around them.After making the complaint im now told I had to highlight to the drivers the damage, which I did at the very first point and subsequent other damage they caused, but the drivers deny any issues....so it isn't real.The offer of a refund on the delivery finally came, but when I challenged that as I want the damage sorted I was offered £50.....and now im being told the delivery charge won't be refunded, this company is a joke and not worth dealing with, the people delivering are the face of your company, and as the delivery team basically couldn't communicate with myself as a customer I find that totally unacceptable.This review is to help others be aware of what can happen and the type of response you get from the customer service teams which apparently put you first!!!
