Review Time
The seller of a second hand coffee table we bought used this firm. Their communication was quite good, although the delivery time window covered 4 hours. The best bit was the delivery itself in which the guys took the table upstairs for us.
Simply_The_Best are absolutely disgraceful. Unprofessional, terrible communication. Added on extra costs after I payed the i initial quote. Came to collect my shipment & took pictures of my house , didn't knock on the door & swiftly left without collecting. I have doorbell cam footage to prove it. They denied it to the hilt. The men were speaking another language throughout, when they returned 3 days later to finally collect . Took the box off of my fridge freezer , damaged it getting in on the truck. Then refused to take the box. If I didn't live it I wouldn't believe it. No stars out of 5. Never ever again.
My delivery was due just after 5pm but finally arrived at around 8.15pm. But the tracking system on the van and the updated information meant I could work around the delay. When the van arrived they carefully carried the furniture into my house and apologised for the delay. Lovely polite people, I would use the service again.
