Couldn’t fault this company. We booked through Shiply and received a very reasonable quote to transport a large piece of furniture from Manchester to Cornwall. We were kept informed throughout the delivery process, with 4 hour collection and drop off windows. The item was well cared for and arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again! The Courier kept in touch from start to finish - reminders were really useful and the last email informed me they would be with me in 14 minutes - just in time to open the gates and make sure the chickens were in their enclosure (they are prone to escaping). The chaps brought the chairs into the house and put them down at the dining room table - very polite and efficient. Thank you, great service
Proovia delivered my item from Yorkshire to Aberdeenshire.I was initially advised of 2 possible delivery days, later firming up on the earlier day with a 3 hour delivery window.I requested the earlier end of the 3 hour delivery window and Proovia were able to do that.Proovia also provided continuous tracking, and emails when 30 mins and then 15 mins away, plus a phone call from the driver.The heavy large item was delivered undamaged and brought into my garage by the driver and his assistant.What’s not to like about service like that?Very happy to give 5 stars.
Proovia are are my trusted go to - they act professionally and seamlessly. Their use of tech make the entire process a doddle as a customer - they take the strain and stress out of the transaction. Their crews are amazing - they treat your stuff as if it were their own.
Delivery information was good, alerts received and delivery date was given for my confirmation.Despite confirming this, on the day of delivery, after taking the day off of work (unpaid), the delivery was not made at the designated time, despite being logged as delivered (and a survey received to my e-mail).After contacting them, I was informed that the driver had accidentally marked the delivery as complete - but the item was still on the van, and he was too far away to come back to deliver on the same day.Arranged for the delivery to come on another day, so I had to take another day off work (again, unpaid) to be in to receive it.Delivery driver spoke very poor English. Noted also that thier web site is full of bad English and grammar.Most dissapointed.
