Absolutely awful service, sold a washing machine on ebay and the buyer chose proovia , waited in allday Monday as planned , didn't turn up but said they'd collected item , I rang proovia to let them know, had to let the buyer know , what an absolute pain , then again today waited in then this van came racing to our property 2 seconds later sped off, I looked at the tracking it said again item collected , so I rang proovia again while on the phone a mobile started calling me so I answered to a guy with very bad English he couldn't understand me , I couldn't understand him , absolutely shocking, anyway he was kicking off saying he couldn't find it I told him he'd just been outside our property then sped off about 60 mile an hour down a quiet drive 🙄 could've been kids playing or anything absolutely reckless! Anyway he finally came back with another guy took the appliance they were as rough with it as anything and sped off again absolutely reckless ,I've had to contact the buyer to let him know that this almost brand new miele washer / dryer he'd bought might be scratched and dented by the time he receives it as they really did not care at all I've not seen anything like it tbh !so no I would 100% not recommend this company with drivers like this who lie also and say they have collected the appliance when they haven't!🙄 I'll have to wait to hear from the buyer to see what state it arrives in 🙄
