Great communication, vey easy to respond, given a precise delivery time and arrived on time, very friendly courier’s. Nothing too much trouble would highly recommend as your precious items are in safe hands, very pleasant experience around, 5 stars.
The contract I have with the manufacturer's states:Delivery will also include the unpacking and placement of each item into your room of choice and removal of packaging, unless stated otherwise.The Proovia driver refused to do this.
Initially hired simply as 'best price quoted', but this company proved to be exceptionally efficient at every stage. Communication was brilliant, with prompt friendly responses every time. My 'unusual' large and awkward item was collected smoothly as planned, and delivered perfectly the next day by the helpful friendly guys. Thank you so much for such great service, and I'll know where to come next time! :-)
