Initially hired simply as 'best price quoted', but this company proved to be exceptionally efficient at every stage. Communication was brilliant, with prompt friendly responses every time. My 'unusual' large and awkward item was collected smoothly as planned, and delivered perfectly the next day by the helpful friendly guys. Was very disappointed they wouldn't take table top off. So couldnt fit through door. Was left on front lawn for me to do single handed. Even though recently had hand fracture and bad knees. Good job wasn't raining like yesterday. Thought was shocking for what was charged. Definatly won't use again
Courteous driver and assistant. Some of the corner protectors for the two wooden gates were missing, presumably having fallen off when being unloaded from the van. An item for a different (nearby) address was almost left with me but I questioned it and it needed a double check of the address by the driver to spot their mistake. These small lacks of attention to detail prevented them being given 5 stars.
