Courteous driver and assistant. Some of the corner protectors for the two wooden gates were missing, presumably having fallen off when being unloaded from the van. An item for a different (nearby) address was almost left with me but I questioned it and it needed a double check of the address by the driver to spot their mistake. These small lacks of attention to detail prevented them being given 5 stars.
Was very disappointed they wouldn't take table top off. So couldnt fit through door. Was left on front lawn for me to do single handed. Even though recently had hand fracture and bad knees. Good job wasn't raining like yesterday. Thought was shocking for what was charged. Definatly won't use again
Never heard of this company prior to them delivering my new oven and I have nothing but positivity for them. Their system is very transparent, lots of updates and emails and an option to deliver to another address close by- I did this and then on the day of delivery, needed to revert to my home address, I rang them and there was no issue.
It was a difficult delivery because the sofa was so big. It had to be brought in through the conservatory as the living room door was too narrow. One of the delivery duo was struggling with the sofa's weight. They said they were not allowed to remove packing materials. We are now left with piles of textiles, foam sheets, bubble wrap to cart to the recycling centre. The delivery evidently took longer than they had anticipated, which occasioned complaints about being back very late this evening.
