Obvious quantity or deliveries over quality

The communication was brilliant for the delivery time however when it came to delivery there was little care given to surroundings - attempted once to get it up the stairs then just said won’t fit and left

No real complaints

Really good at keeping informed as to date of delivery - and on the day on keeping informed how far away they were.As with all couriers I regularly deal with, a shame that they can not narrow the window down until the day before - so still have to take the day off work....Shame the items were just 'abandoned' in the middle of the garage.In summary, no worse than any other company I have had deliver to me - and somewhat better in keeping informed on the day

An easy and seamless process

An easy seamless process from start to finish. Well priced and on time as promised. Our item was delivered undamaged (Which, of course, it should be...) and our delivery team unloaded and brought it in from the van in an effortless operation.
